Chef's Creations * Elegantly Plated and Served

Full wait staff, porcelain plates, with silverware and premium disposable dinner napkins (cloth napkins add $1.25 per person). Vegetarian alternatives are available for each menu. We will also accommodate for any dietary needs. For menus with two entree options, we need to know in advance how many portions of each item to prepare. Sales tax and an 18% service fee will be added. Gratuity is not required or expected.

Plate Collection and Cleanup Procedures for Buffets

If buffet is served with porcelain plates and silverware, staff circulates the room and collects these items from tables. Table clearing is not included for buffets with disposable dinnerware. However, dedicated wait staff may be added for $190 per team member (local areas / up to four hours) for additional services, such as set and break down of guest tables, cleaning or guest assistance.
