Vegetarian alternatives are available for each menu. We will also accommodate for any dietary needs. We just need to know in advance how many to prepare. 


Choose either: 

 1 - Full service. Seated guests are served and attended to by wait staff. Servers cost $160 each for the first 4 hours; $40 each additional hour. 

2 - Our chefs plate each guest’s meal as they walk down a service line. No extra charge for this option.

Let Chef Brandon create a custom multi-course plated meal for you and your guests. A popular 4-course includes appetizer, salad, main and dessert. Chef Brandon can also create a 2-course menu, all the way up to his 7-course seasonal farm-to-fork tasting.

If you have something specific in mind that you don't see on this general catering food menu, let us know and Chef Brandon can likely accommodate! 


We can accommodate all allergies or dietary restrictions. We just need to know in advance.


For plated meals, we request a tally in advance of what your guests plan to order.


We take care of all food and beverage stations and our staff will go around to collect plates and silverware after guests are finished eating. 

We do not handle set up or breakdown of guest tables.


Servers are available for additional fee.


The only additional charge is 9.25 % sales tax. 

Tip is optional, but greatly appreciated 😊 

A 30% non-refundable deposit will be due upon acceptance of agreement.
